WiFi roaming service is available for all registered users of “Inogda” and “ROL Hourly Petersburg” tariff plans. To activate this service, please, enter our Personal Office, page, choose “Services”, then «Enable and Disable” and press Enable button.

Per second billing

Activating “WiFi roaming” you agree with all terms of providing this service, incl.:

1. The service can be provided to the User only if the balance of his account is above zero.
2. Access to the roaming service is not provided when the balance is equal to 20 rubles or lower.
3. Access to the Internet is provided by the partner-WISPs (Wireless Internet Service Providers) which networks can be chosen by the User (see the table of the networks). The roaming service can be charged only after the session data from the WISP is received. User must cover all debts if any was caused by using the roaming service (or other services) as it stated in the contract. Golden Telecom has the right to suspend the account until all debts are covered. If there is any debt on the “Vsegda” account, the User will not be able to get access to Internet neither in roaming nor in the domestic network until all debts are covered.
4. When using the WiFi Internet access outside Russian Federation, all Golden WiFi users must obey the laws of the country which territory is covered by partner-WISPs’ networks.
