“Vsegda” Rate Plan

500 rubles.
After the monthly fee is charged, you will get the unlimited access to the Internet for 31 days (with no limits on traffic or speed).
Your account will be temporarily suspended if the balance is insufficient to cover the monthly fee at the time it should be charged.
After the balance has been increased to cover the monthly fee, the account is restored automatically.
Receipt of payment is indicated in the user’s electronic account: balance status in Personal Office , which is accessible even when the account is temporarily suspended.
If an account is not re-activated within 90 days, it will be deleted (without any payment refund).

“Sutki” Rate Plan

24 hours of Internet access with no limits on traffic or speed for 100 rubles. Just pop-up your balance for 100 rubles (or more) and get the access to the Internet for the next 24 hours.
After the 24 hours your account will be temporarily suspended. To get access for another 24 hours just restore your balance using the Personal Office (this option is available only if your balance is equal to 100 rubles or more).
All payments expire in 90 days if no new payment is made (account will be deleted, no refund is available).

“Inogda” Rate Plan

Since 5th of March 2008 we are reducing the price in this tariff. You will be charged only for 50 rubles per hour (with no limits on traffic or speed).
You can spend the paid time during one or several sessions.

“Seychas” Rate Plan

Single payment: 100 RUR.
Includes 60 minutes Internet access with no traffic limits within active period. Active period equals 75 minutes since the Internet-card is activated. At the expiration of that period or 60-minute balance the access is blocked.
Withing the active period a user might have several consecutive sessions. Total session duration can not exceed 60 minutes. Sequent sessions can be opened from different computers provided the previous ones have been closed.

All payments expire in 90 days if no new payment is made (account will be deleted, no refund is available).
Access to the services can be suspended in cases if:

  • account balance is zero or negative (it is frozen)
    After you pop-up your balance, access to services is automatically restored
  • payment time period has expired
    No refund is available!

User is not provided with financial documents, such as invoices or statements. VAT included.

Choosing a Rate Plan

When you choose one of the existing rates you can connect to the Golden WiFi network anywhere that Golden_WiFi billing zone is available.
Please note that you can create an account and register for any rate even if your balance is not sufficient to begin using Golden WiFi services. For instance, you may register for the “Vsegda” rate using a 100-ruble payment card. Your account will be created, but you will be able to work in Golden WiFi only when your balance is equal to 500 rubles or more.

Choosing a Service Zone

In some places where Golden WiFi network service zones overlap, you can choose which zone you prefer to continue working in.
When switching from one zone to another, the connection is interrupted, and you will need to be authorized again. During the second authorization, please choose whichever service zone is accessible at your given location.

Attention: take special note of the SSID (identification code) of the network you are preparing to enter as the price of connection depends on the SSID selected.

Changing Service Zones

To switch to the Golden WiFi service zone:

  • choose SSID Golden_WiFi;
  • the previous connected will be interrupted, and while trying to access any Internet page you will be asked to go through a second authorization;
  • after authorization, you can continue work according to the new rate (link to previous page n. 1 “Rates”)

To switch to the Golden WiFi FREE service zone just choose SSID Golden_WiFi_FREE; previous connection will be closed down automatically.
